Confirmed from Wardlaw Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
A 2.2-acre park for dog walking, plus a soccer field, picnic areas & washing facilities.

The absolutely best dog park as far as landscaping goes is located in Vallejo! Better than any other dog parks within an hour or twos drive. Wardlaw is just a gorgeous park. I almost always end up chit chatting or in conversation with other friendly dog owners.
Dog Park Review...Clean, Spacious, but Needs More Responsible Owners This is a nice dog park! It is designated for both small and large dogs, which is excellent. There’s plenty of space to run, benches for sitting, and lots of shade and trees to keep everyone cool, dogs and humans alike.
Since I've moved to Vallejo with my dog Lil'Buddy, finding a dog park has been hard. Till I came across Wardlaw Park. This enclosed dog run is amazing! I've never been to a dog park this clean and grassy before! Lil'Buddy made a lot of new friends on our first day there and I met many new people too. :)
Our adventures today brought us to this awesome dog park. Brett had a great morning playing ball and running with all the other dogs. There are two spacious fully fenced grass areas, one for smaller dogs and one for bigger dogs. Nice weather for a Monday in June.

The practical stuff
- AccessPosted hours — posted hours below; park gates sometimes close earlier than the listing says
- SurfaceNatural surface — easiest on the joints and the most fun, but expect roots, rocks and mud after rain
- DistanceNot reported. Trail systems often quote total path mileage rather than a single loop, so measure the route you actually want before you drive out.
- ShadeRunners describe real tree cover here — it makes a summer afternoon workable
- At the trailheadrestrooms, water — reported by runners
- DogsWelcome, per reviewers. Leash rules vary by park — the trailhead sign is the authority.
