Confirmed from Warwick-to-Ephrata Rail-Trail's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Multi-purpose trail with gentle slopes, for walking jogging, biking and running, plus restrooms and parking.
What runners say about Warwick-to-Ephrata Rail-Trail
“A beautiful and sunny and warm December day, visiting my hometown Lancaster, PA for New Year 2024 holiday, taking a stroll at beautiful rail trail , beautiful country side!”
“Very nice trail to ride bike or just walk, generally no motorized vehicles are allowed which is very nice and keeps the trail peaceful and quiet.”
It's a nice trail but it should have different exercise stations at certain points along the trail. I will explain.... Station 1, 10 pushups or more. Station 2, a series pullup bars at different heights, Station 3, a spot to hop onto and off, different heights for different physically fit people. Etc...
👍Nice trail. Is level. The trail drops around 60 feet in the first 3 miles. Was nice to bike. I averaged around 13mph on the 3 mile section I did. They have a bike fixing station which is nice if you break something. 💡The trail is lighted in the dark which allows use later into the evening.
Beautiful rail trail from Ephrata to Lititz. Love the scenery and even the pump track in Ephrata.
I love to ride bike here. The trail is long enough to keep you occupied for a while, and it's maintained fairly well. The whole thing isn't paved, but that's makes it even more fun to ride around on.
