Confirmed from Washington, Baltimore and Annapolis Trail's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Hiking and biking are available at this clean, well-maintained area with smooth paved trails.

Went here a few days ago it’s actually the WB&A trail I think it’s called? Something like that anyways lots of people said there wasn’t any parking and that’s right, but if you park over in the shopping center there’s a way to the trail if you walk from there and hang a right going back down to the street/sidewalk…
Nice, wide open, paved trail for walking, running, or cycling. There are way too may people who will walk their dogs with no leash. Big dogs and small dogs that the owners will try to run and catch when they see you approaching. The dogs are growling like they have not had lunch yet and I am the lunch!
Beautiful view and changing terrain. Southbound a tad difficult slight up grade coming back north, very pleasant..
It was great... I recommend to anyone who want take a walk... And these beautiful weather
