Confirmed from Waterfront Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

Absolutely stunning public park. How beautiful. HUGE waterfront property with multiple pier/docks you can walk out on. There's a cute playground in the sand overlooking the water of the lake. There's a bathhouse with showers that were relatively clean. They even have a cute splash pad (which cost extra $2).

Such a beautiful spot on the lake, family friendly, has a playground and a bike trail that goes around the lake. Sunsets are absolutely STUNNING there. It's also a great place for a bbq (iykyk)

I give 4 stars because I once lived here 40 years ago and I appreciate going back to places years later and seeing the things that resonate with my memory. All gone. But very much improved. The lake is clean. The 1970s to the 1990s it smelled of boat oil due to massive recreational use. Amazing improvement.

This is my favorite park in all of Pasco county! I can bring my pup, very dog friendly. I've been trying out fishing the last few times. Caught a stingray and a crab, and one little fish! And a beautiful sunset. It's such a peaceful spot, and there's a trail, restrooms, covered picnic tables. Nice big area...

Trail conditions & character

What this trail is actually like underfoot and overhead, taken from its own listing and from reviews. Each one links to every other trail with the same character. Busy or quiet is reported as a plain fact, not a plus or a minus — a runner heading out alone at dawn often wants company on the path, and someone running intervals wants an empty one.

🐕 Dog-friendly 19 mentions

“I sat and had dinner while my dog watched all the sights.”
