Confirmed from Waterfront Trail, Olympic Discovery Trail's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
What runners say about Waterfront Trail, Olympic Discovery Trail
“Beautiful views and accessible for someone who may have mobility issues.”
We started e-bike from Red Lion hotel. Along the water to the tree area about 5 miles and ride back. It was beautiful and refreshing. Found otters, and 2 small snake along the way. The secret park is so cute with the seal sculpture.
I love being able to either park in town and hit this walking trail. The beauty is in the details often missed while whizzing by in a car or even a bicycle! If in town..you can park outside the marina along the path. Getting outside and breathing that fresh air does wonders for this soul!! Enjoy...m~
I started my bike ride around Sequim area, this here was my end point, it was exhilirating, the best bike path in the world, a cyclists paradise, challenging, steep, exhilirating and shaded with towering evergreens, sounds from the flowing cool streams and friendly retired locals smiling and waving at me when I pass…
Nice walking/running/biking waterfront trail. Beautiful views and accessible for someone who may have mobility issues.
