Confirmed from West End Walking Trail's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
City park that's good for kids and offers opportunities for exercise.
What runners say about West End Walking Trail
“Nice place for a family reunion clean peaceful great place to go with the family and kids”
I just did 30min. of walking and the park was very pleasant. It was couple more people also walking and they seem to be comfortable with being out there. I enjoy my walk each time I visit...
I'll be glad when the busted pipe is repaired- water "runs* across the south end trail; into the gutter & stream; reported to public works- however, the library will probably have to complain after the next billing period.
Fun and easy walking on level area in open view of Princeton Hospital, the street, and the neighborhood

The practical stuff
- AccessPosted hours — posted hours below; park gates sometimes close earlier than the listing says
- DistanceNot reported. Trail systems often quote total path mileage rather than a single loop, so measure the route you actually want before you drive out.
- ShadeNot reported. Assume some of it is exposed and carry water in summer.
