Confirmed from West Fitchburg Steamline Trail's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Trail with waterfalls and other natural attractions that's also home to some picnic tables.

“Nice easy hike, old and interesting to see along the way”
Cute little hiking area to get out and enjoy the outdoors. Great views of waterfalls, old factories, and pipes that carried steam to power the mills. It even has a few picnic tables near the parking lot!
I’ve driven by here many times and finally decided to stop when the snow subsided and I am glad I did. Honestly, the entrance to the park is very unassuming. It’s just a small plain field, but it has a lot more to offer.
Nice easy trail for a stroll. Packed gravel, hills. Beautiful river and historical site.
A nice easy walk! I wish it looped around instead of just ending and needing to turn around, but it was a new facet of Fitchburg I hadn't been aware of. (If you like history, you'd find it pretty awesome, I think.)
