It's easy to park here and the trail from here to the north is nice and shaded and has no road crossings. There are hardly any hills and it has a few creek crossings and trail improvements. The path is in great shape. If you run up to the 76 overpass and back, you'll hit a cool 5k from here.
This trailhead is about half way through the length of the greenway. There’s a porta-john here that in my experience is relatively clean. Plenty of parking at the school but this may depend on when they’re in classes.
