Confirmed from White Rock Trail Loop Trailhead's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
What runners say about White Rock Trail Loop Trailhead
“This place was absolutely gorgeous and I came during the winter, I've never been during the spring/summer - couldn't imagine how it would look if it's so pretty with bare trees!”
“Very well marked trail and an electronic map that made everything easy to manage.”
LOVED IT! It's a semi difficult trail tho. Don't bring little little ones. But if you are an experienced hiker, or you're looking for a mini adventure, this is it!!
Mostly easy trail with a few steep portions that will get your heart rate up. Almost completely tree covered trail which is nice for shade and cooler Temps, but doesn't offer much scenic views except for a couple designated spots. Very little traffic and black bear can be seen occasionally.
Perfect hiking trail! You hike as much or as little as you want. There are Several trails to take . Some of the overlooks aren't far at all. Lots of roots on trail that can be slick when wet. Gem of a place tho imo . Will definitely be back! Definitely worth checking out
It was a moderate trail for me but it was my first time hiking a mountain so I'm not an expert. I wouldn't recommend bringing little ones there are spots where the trail has steep edges . But all in all it was beautiful, a few small waterfalls, and about 3 good lookout points. I didn't see too much wildlife.
