Confirmed from Whitestown Town Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

Sizable park with fields and courts for soccer, tennis, basketball.

What runners say about Whitestown Town Park

Pulled from public reviews of this trail (161 of them) — the things people bring up again and again, in their own words. Nothing here is written by us.

well-maintained 9 mentions

“Very clean park, including bathrooms & concession stands.”

🏞️ beautiful scenery 3 mentions

“It's such a beautiful park and was the perfect place to have her party.”

We had a quiet, slow nature walk on the trail. Few others jogging the trail at the time, skateboarders, basketball players and soccer game going on. The park is being used.

★★★★☆ — Doreen , Sep 2021

The sledding hill has been used for decades by kids. Its perfect. The hill is steep with no trees near it. Perfect place for a family on a winter day. ⁰

★★★★★ — Courtney , Feb 2021

It is an awesome place to visit to run around with older kids, scate on skateboards or Rollerblade, play baseball, play soccer, or be on the playground with younger kids. The bathrooms are clean and open during the day. There are two entrances from different sides of the park.

★★★★★ — Yelena , Jul 2024

Trail conditions & character

What this trail is actually like underfoot and overhead, taken from its own listing and from reviews. Each one links to every other trail with the same character. Busy or quiet is reported as a plain fact, not a plus or a minus — a runner heading out alone at dawn often wants company on the path, and someone running intervals wants an empty one.

⛰️ Hills / elevation 6 mentions

“Great for the family, with playground, walking trails, hills for sledding in winter, skate park, ball fields and pavilions, picnic area and grills!”
