Confirmed from Whitewater Memorial State Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Park features a 200-acre lake, plus fishing, swimming, horseback riding, nature programs & camping.
What runners say about Whitewater Memorial State Park
“The family cabins were very clean even the Pet friendly ones.”
“I said she must be mad because she's stuck inside working on the beautiful day.”
Whitewater State Park is a great place to go camping! They only have 30 amp hookups at their sites, but that's ok. They also have 🐎 horse 🐎 camping area and lots of trails 👣 to ride the horses on. Nice beach and lake. They have boats you can rent and they have cabin rentals if you don't want to bring your camper.
Great campground nice friendly family atmosphere. Clean and well kept. Separate shower houses that lock which i prefer, hot water low pressure but hot. We took a guided nature hike looking for mushrooms that was exceptionally good.
Nice park for any out of towner like myself. Or even for locals that have not been. Enjoyed the trails. Dog friendly! Nice picnic areas and beach. As well as swimming. Nice family cabins if wanting to stay as well as camp sites both electric and tent. Very nice park. Definitely recommend!
Camped here for 2 nights. Clean well taken care of park with plenty to do. Hiking, fishing or just relaxing. We will definitely return.
