Confirmed from Wildflower Grove Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

🏞️ beautiful scenery 7 mentions

“This is a beautiful Park that does not have a playground.”

My boyfriend & I walked through this park on our way to Moorehead. What I loved most was that the paths were some of more well maintained paths I've come across in any park.

★★★★★ — Dizzly , May 2021

This is a beautiful Park that does not have a playground. There are bike trails through it and walking paths through some wooded areas. There are lots of large trees in a sprawling grass area, and a giant field full of wildflowers.

★★★★★ — Samantha , Jul 2021

A really "wild" park... LoL! We saw train, flowers, 'wild' trails down to the stream! Our baby liked the stones very much, we had tough time to bring back him from the stones 🤣 Friendly people were planting flower plants or something like that. Last year we saw deer there. But this year we saw only squirrels.

I enjoy biking through this park this summer and fall. I find it to be peaceful. Lots of bikers, people walking, friendly dogs. The community garden is nice to go through as well. Wildflower Grove leads into Oak Grove and other areas depending on which way you go

Trail conditions & character

What this trail is actually like underfoot and overhead, taken from its own listing and from reviews. Each one links to every other trail with the same character. Busy or quiet is reported as a plain fact, not a plus or a minus — a runner heading out alone at dawn often wants company on the path, and someone running intervals wants an empty one.

  • ShadeNot reported. Assume some of it is exposed and carry water in summer.
  • At the trailheadparking — reported by runners
  • DogsWelcome, per reviewers. Leash rules vary by park — the trailhead sign is the authority.
