Confirmed from Willand Pond Trail's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Scenic area for hiking, swimming, boating and fishing the pond, along with a boat launch and rope course.
What runners say about Willand Pond Trail
“Very tranquil, quite and beautiful place for working out, dog walking, fishing (even in the winter) or just enjoying the great views”
“Awesome, well marked trail!”
This is a rustic park with a pond for fishing and non-motorized boating. There is a level trail that circles the pond; it is well kept and has a couple benches. Lots of people walk their dogs.
Awesome, well marked trail! The dogs had a blast, and as you can see from the last picture, were tuckered right out! Very easy to navigate and not a lot of incline. We walked 1/2 mile in and then turned around, but would definitely like to explore the remainder of the trail at some point!
I love this place. Great walking trail. Very easy. Beautiful Pond great for fishing or kayaking. Family friendly. Two Parking locations one near the Stratford restaurant and one thru the NH liquor store entrance
Nice little trail ,not too difficult.benches to sit and enjoy the view.
