Confirmed from William & Eleanor Crook Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
This riverside park with trails & picnic tables is a popular place for tubing, canoeing & kayaking.

i feel like this little spot was my home in another life. So adorable and beautiful and cute and tiny and uhhhh i love it i love it love it💗💗💗The cutest little rock’s to fish off of and the tiniest but best walk through the woods. I wish I could build a house here honestly.
Perfect morning for a lil river walk on a Sunday . We will be back soon
Great little local San Marcos spot to swim. There is a tubing shoot area that gets kind of crowded but if you go down the walking trails there is a more secluded entry point. Is our go to point to get into the San Marcos.
The San Marcos River is great: we spent a lot of time playing there. Really nice park, shade trees, benches, and surrounded by the river.
