Confirmed from Winston Patrick McGregor Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Categorized as a park, this spot features plants, butterflies, and a walking trail.

This is a great place for taking time and smelling the roses! If you are wondering what plants thrive in this area and are basically easy to grow ,come by and look at the different plantings. Great place for walking, with one exception....no dogs allowed.
Nice park. Good walking trail. Some construction going on at the park at the moment. Wished it had picnic tables. Ended up eating out lunch in the car.
Surprisingly peaceful in the middle of the hustle and bustle. Freak for Pokemon GO crowd, dog walks, jogging, picnics, photos, and more.

The practical stuff
- AccessPosted hours — posted hours below; park gates sometimes close earlier than the listing says
- DistanceNot reported. Trail systems often quote total path mileage rather than a single loop, so measure the route you actually want before you drive out.
- ShadeNot reported. Assume some of it is exposed and carry water in summer.
- LightingRunners report lights on the path — useful for pre-dawn and after-work miles. Lighting and opening hours are separate things, so check both.
- At the trailheadwater — reported by runners
- DogsWelcome, per reviewers. Leash rules vary by park — the trailhead sign is the authority.
