Confirmed from Wirth Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Park featuring a pool, playground, picnic tables, athletic fields, trails, and a skate park.
What runners say about Wirth Park
“It’s nice clean plenty of space has playground and Swimming for the children also has a space to BBQ and a sitting area for lunch”
“A beautiful park with tons of green space, geocaching, baseball diamonds, playground, social gathering space and more to enjoy with family and friends.”
“Activities for members of all ages of the family, and plenty of recent upgrades to the famous "Tot Lot" that make it worth a drive if you're not close.”
Loved it here! A huge beautiful pool with water slides...a splash pad in a wading pool .. sand pit with digging toys. The sand pit is very large. The park is small but cute. There's no slides and an older kid would probably not be impressed. Overall though this is an amazing place to swim, walk, and have barbecues.
This is a great, updated park for both the little and big kids! The restrooms are just a short walk along a path by the field next door. I wanted to make that point clear despite the previous posters comment. There isn't a lot of shade, however the kids can take cover under both of the main jungle gyms.
Great variety for kids ages 1 and up. Beyond busy on the weekend. Bathrooms weren't close enough to be convenient or quick with more than one child. Parking was full so prepare to walk a little bit, in case accessibility is a factor for someone in your group. Lots of tables, limited shade.
This park is a hidden gem in the Brookfield area! It’s clean, quiet, and perfect for families. Our kids absolutely love it — there’s plenty of space to run around, play, and enjoy nature. A great spot to relax and unwind. Highly recommended for a peaceful outdoor experience!
