Nice hidden park. After the initial winding road, a gravel road leads you past the water tower and to the parking lot. There are nice trails. A decent kids playground. The tennis courts are better than most of the public courts to the east. It's loud because of the highway which is a minus.
Very dog friendly. Lots of unofficial off-road trails. Beautiful forested area. Close to the highway, lots of noise. Saw a group of 5-7 deer this winter and lots of tracks in the snow.
A small, clean park with paved trails. Not busy when I visited at 5:00pm on a Friday, but a little too close to the freeway to feel like a natural escape. Has a tennis court and playground equipment, along with a few scattered picnic benches and a very nice fire pit you'll need a permit to use.
Nestled in the midst of Brookfield, Mary Knoll is a delightful spot to get a nature fix. Complete with paved and unpaved trails, it's a great place to walk the dog or take the little one on a stroll. There are tennis courts and a playground as well as a fire pit area that can be rented.
