Confirmed from Wolf River Nature Area's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Long trails for biking, jogging and walking through woods and along the Wolf River.

“It's peaceful & a very nice location for family photos!”
Beautiful scenery with informative placards all over the place. Instant head reset in one afternoon whether you're walking, jogging or biking. I'll be coming back very soon.
Great place for hikes, jogging, biking. You feel so close to nature here!
I love this trail is so quiet and pretty. Spring time and summer time, the many wild flowers around and the birds singing are delightful. You can bring your bike or just walk or run.
I think this is the best running, biking, walking trail in the area. I love that it is so shady under all the trees. With the Memphis heat the shade makes my workout bearable. The trail is wide enough for two way traffic and paved so that it is smooth.
