Confirmed from Woodland Basin Nature Area's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

Cool little area to fish especially for sand bass run. The creek goes away just map it and go from there. Be safe and watch for snakes. You never know!

★★★★★ — Alexander , Dec 2023

Great place to take a walk. You see canoes go down the creek. Friendly people. Seems like a decent fishing spot.

★★★★★ — Ashley , Dec 2020

Super cool spot to kayak at plenty of catfish I think we went 8 miles just because that was apart of it and we got about 11 of them for the day so it was a good day for sure 🤙. And we let them all back though just fishing for fun not to feed lol

Trail conditions & character

What this trail is actually like underfoot and overhead, taken from its own listing and from reviews. Each one links to every other trail with the same character. Busy or quiet is reported as a plain fact, not a plus or a minus — a runner heading out alone at dawn often wants company on the path, and someone running intervals wants an empty one.
