Confirmed from Woodland Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Green zone with a picnic shelter & playground, 2 duck ponds & an adjacent seasonal water park.
What runners say about Woodland Park
“It's obviously been around a long time and it is so well kept that it doesn't feel old, if you know what I mean.”
“Beautiful walk around this park, just watch where you step around the ducks, or you'll bring home more than you wished for!”
The park is very beautiful and scenic. The parking space is a little confusing, but it's not super crowded. The park has everything - waterpark, kids play area, skateboarding area, bridge, picnic spots, Lake/pond, and flower garden making it a perfect place to hang out.
We had a great relaxing interesting stroll watching the ducks, families with young children, and the berries/flowers as the sun was preparing to set. The duck pond was however extremely dirty and seemed that the aerator/sprinkler wasn’t working.
It was a great place to go walk around and capture pictures! There are many different settings to capture pictures and fun for everyone. The gas station across the street from the park sells duck food too.
Very pretty! Specially enjoyed the gardens, great for a afternoon walk. 8/10 i do recommend.

- AccessPosted hours — posted hours below; park gates sometimes close earlier than the listing says
- DistanceNot reported. Trail systems often quote total path mileage rather than a single loop, so measure the route you actually want before you drive out.
- ShadeNot reported. Assume some of it is exposed and carry water in summer.
- At the trailheadrestrooms — reported by runners
- DogsWelcome, per reviewers. Leash rules vary by park — the trailhead sign is the authority.
