Confirmed from Woodmere Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Park featuring paved pathways, a lakeside area, a play area and open grass.
What runners say about Woodmere Park
“Really beautiful space with a pond and resident geese!”
Really beautiful space with a pond and resident geese! Off the road, so you have to walk a little bit to get to the play area, but it's very shady and a lovely place to relax, get some exercise, or play. FYI: The restrooms are locked at 4:30 or 5:00 pm.
Great place to workout. The track to run on goes a few miles into the neighborhood.
A good place went there and walk 🚶♀️ about two miles every two weeks my husband brother lived there for a while when we went to visit him with my husband mother it is a great park and very beautiful and very clean ❤️ love it.
Nice and quiet running trail tucked away in the neighborhood. Minimum changes in elevation on the side with the large field. Park equipment could use some TLC on the side with the small lake.
Trail conditions & character
“Great place to go on a walk with your dog on a loop, and playing soccer with the kids.”

The practical stuff
- AccessPosted hours — posted hours below; park gates sometimes close earlier than the listing says
- SurfacePaved — asphalt or concrete. Fast and predictable, runnable year-round, and fine with a stroller
- DistanceNot reported. Trail systems often quote total path mileage rather than a single loop, so measure the route you actually want before you drive out.
- ShadeNot reported. Assume some of it is exposed and carry water in summer.
- At the trailheadrestrooms — reported by runners
- DogsWelcome, per reviewers. Leash rules vary by park — the trailhead sign is the authority.
