Confirmed from Woodsom Farm Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Park offering hiking, jogging, and sledding, as well as space for dog walking.

Great place for walking your dog. I have been coming here every year for the fourth of July fireworks for 30 years. It is just a very nice, peaceful spot.
Great place for a walk or jog in a nature setting with the family or alone. You will enjoy this place.
A great place for hiking and dog walking. I love the variety of birds to photograph.
I did 3.3 miles in 1 hour and 30 minutes. A moderate trail with steep inclines/declines that connects to Whittier Hill Reservation, which is part of the Greenbelt. Not marked, but use the All Trails app for navigation. Great views of wide open fields and a few ponds that are filled with frogs and bull frogs.

The practical stuff
- AccessPosted hours — posted hours below; park gates sometimes close earlier than the listing says
- DistanceNot reported. Trail systems often quote total path mileage rather than a single loop, so measure the route you actually want before you drive out.
- ShadeNot reported. Assume some of it is exposed and carry water in summer.
- LightingRunners report lights on the path — useful for pre-dawn and after-work miles. Lighting and opening hours are separate things, so check both.
- DogsWelcome, per reviewers. Leash rules vary by park — the trailhead sign is the authority.
