Confirmed from Yankee Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

👟 good for all levels 2 mentions

“Lots of different things to do for all ages.”

One of my favorite parks in the area. They have a huge paved walking path. They have tons of baseball fields and open green space. It's also one of the only parks with an outdoor volleyball court. The playground was updated recently. It's amazing and so fun! Lots of different things to do for all ages.

They have a nice playground. They also have a volleyball court, a tennis court, restrooms that are relatively clean, soccer field, and places to play baseball/kickball. There's also a sidewalk you can walk around the park. They have a shelter that you can reserve as well.

Very clean and beautiful! I love going to a place like this and (not trying to be gross) not having to watch where my dog and I step so we don't step in dog waste.. There are walking trails around a huge feild and trails that go through the woods.

This is a good park to go to for many things but especially walking. The asphalt trail that goes all around the park keeps your feet from getting muddy after the rain. It is about one mile if you go all the way around the park. Some nice woods and wildflower areas too.

Trail conditions & character

What this trail is actually like underfoot and overhead, taken from its own listing and from reviews. Each one links to every other trail with the same character. Busy or quiet is reported as a plain fact, not a plus or a minus — a runner heading out alone at dawn often wants company on the path, and someone running intervals wants an empty one.

The practical stuff

  • AccessPosted hours — posted hours below; park gates sometimes close earlier than the listing says
  • SurfacePaved — asphalt or concrete. Fast and predictable, runnable year-round, and fine with a stroller
  • DistanceNot reported. Trail systems often quote total path mileage rather than a single loop, so measure the route you actually want before you drive out.
  • ShadeNot reported. Assume some of it is exposed and carry water in summer.
  • At the trailheadparking, restrooms, water — reported by runners
  • DogsWelcome, per reviewers. Leash rules vary by park — the trailhead sign is the authority.
