Confirmed from 13th Hole Trailhead's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
What runners say about 13th Hole Trailhead
“I only had time to hike about a mile of it, but there were great views, and the trail was very wide and easy to follow!”
I had a few people recommend this hike, so I decided to check it out! I only had time to hike about a mile of it, but there were great views, and the trail was very wide and easy to follow! The sign said the full loop was about 3-4 miles and not particularly difficult. It was pretty shaded at parts but not all.
13th Hole Trailhead is a fun loop a little over 3 miles. It has some fun switchbacks both up and down and can be ran either direction. There is a paved parking lot just west of the actual trailhead.
Great little 3 mile loop, with break off junctions that go to other trails. Beautiful surroundings. Dog friendly, and scenic
Trail conditions & character
“There is a nice parking lot (though it’s a sharp turn in so you might miss it if you’re not looking for it) with a bathroom and a drinking fountain.”
