We have not been able to confirm the surface, distance or shape of Razorback Trailhead yet from its own listing, the park's website or runner reviews — so those cells stay blank rather than guess. What is below comes straight from the listing and from reviewers' own words. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

🏞️ beautiful scenery 7 mentions

“Excellent trail, beautiful views of the city and of some beautiful badland formations very near Cedar.”

Cool little hike and beautiful views. If you find carvings or petroglyphs pls leave it alone preserve our history.

★★★★★ — Niel , Jun 2021

Beautiful trail. Love the red rock mountain. It can be a slippery trail if you don't have much traction on your shoes.

★★★★★ — Amanda , Sep 2021

Excellent trail, beautiful views of the city and of some beautiful badland formations very near Cedar. While good for hikers, they should be aware that there are steep inclines. While the trail is hikeable, it is primarily used by BMXers and ATVers, as well as occasional mountain bikers.

★★★★★ — Spencer , Sep 2019

At the start of the trail, it splits into the Razorback and the Razorback Wash (there is a sign). The Wash trail is a relatively gradual uphill trail with a pretty smooth path, great for hiking. Along the trail, there were lots of side paths, including some to small caves. There are also some rock markers (like a “5”).

Trail conditions & character

What this trail is actually like underfoot and overhead, taken from its own listing and from reviews. Each one links to every other trail with the same character. Busy or quiet is reported as a plain fact, not a plus or a minus — a runner heading out alone at dawn often wants company on the path, and someone running intervals wants an empty one.
