Confirmed from Adams Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

🌳 shaded & cool 3 mentions

“Children love the play equipment and there are a few picnic tables, and some shady spots.”

Nice park! Two small wood chip playgrounds - one for younger kids (3 and under) and one for older kids with swings, slides, and things to climb, sand volleyball court, park benches and tables, garbages and recycling, a grassy field, and a gravel walking path around the whole thing.

★★★★★ — Minnie , Mar 2023

Great playground. Just the right size. Very clean. Two shaded play areas with a wide variety of interesting play. Lots of seating. Easy walking path around the playground, with large green space alongside and sand volleyball. Feels safe. Several local families here with younger kids yet not too busy.

A large space for soccer, riding bikes, fun playground with many options. Skate park, workout stations, space for running and driving RC cars. Highly recommended

Trail conditions & character

What this trail is actually like underfoot and overhead, taken from its own listing and from reviews. Each one links to every other trail with the same character. Busy or quiet is reported as a plain fact, not a plus or a minus — a runner heading out alone at dawn often wants company on the path, and someone running intervals wants an empty one.

🚻 Restrooms 5 mentions

“The only drawback is that there are no bathrooms.”
