Confirmed from Airport Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Popular recreation area featuring picnic tables, playgrounds, and trails. Bike trail.
What runners say about Airport Park
“Clean park, clean restrooms, parking for bike path, nice views”
“Beautiful park, nice fields.”
Very happy park along the bike path with fields for picnics, tables and a playground. Great place to stop by with kids, dogs or while you are headed to the Causeway!
A truly outstanding park. There are baseball fields, soccer fields, playgrounds, basketball court, tennis courts, volleyball courts, a pavilion for picnicking or events, a historic schoolhouse, walking and running paths, and it’s right on the bike path that goes along Lake Champlain from Burlington to the causeway.
A very nice park. Lots of baseball fields and open spaces. The pavilion is a great place to have a picnic or get together. Being directly connected to the bike path makes this a great resting point before continuing on to the cosway. Plenty of parking, and a super fun playground.
Great access point for the Island Line Rail trail and especially the Lake Champlain causeway
