Confirmed from Andrews Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Verdant park with ambling trails, shaded picnic areas, a children's playground & a creek.
What runners say about Andrews Park
“The bathrooms are super clean and don't smell and arnt covered in graffiti or scum buildup, even though its an older park the parks maintenance department is doing a FANTASTIC JOB!”
“We Don't Find A Public Park A Such Convenience Place Just Steps Away From Historic & Beautiful Old Downtown Vacaville.”
“No shade, no explanation, just a long line of sweaty, confused fans wondering if the gates were ever going to open or if this was some kind of endurance test.”
“From the dragon to the pirate ship and the largest castle playground, it is amazing for children of all ages.”
Nice spacious park, walking trails, big playground, large grassy areas, picnic tables in several areas, even has bbq grills, it also has seat walls down off the lower main entrance, and many shops and eateries are close by. Big plus, there are bathrooms and when used, they were clean.
Clean, spacious grassy areas, bathrooms with warm water and soap, famer's market within a few steps, and a lovely park for the kiddos to run and play at. Folks here are friendly. We enjoyed a truly splendid day in the park with family and friends. 💝
Came out in August 9, 2025 to see the legendary ConFunkShun—and let me tell you, they were pure fire. Funk royalty. No notes. Now, the organizers? Whole different story. We were stuck outside the park for over an hour in 103-degree heat. One hundred and three. That’s not weather, that’s a slow roast.
Park can be windy at times. Nice unpaved walkable trails which are well signed as to difficulty and lengthwell. Has a fenced in children's play area/jungle gym. Paved parking lots and signed handicap parking. Parking cost is $6. Has reservable picnic areas separate women and men's toilet facilities.
