Confirmed from Annette N. Shelby Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

“Bathroom facilities are very clean and water fountains are located beside the restrooms.”

I love this park! It is my go to for evening walking & fresh air. It is very family oriented. In the summertime, there’s a fountain for the kids to splash around in. There’s also a playground.

Great park to walk. It’s beautiful, well maintained and feels safe. It has comfy benches along the walking path. Kids and dog friendly. There is a playground and bathrooms. Ample parking and handicap accessibility. What’s not to like.

Great park. Long walking trail. Animal friendly. Has a splash pad (splashpad is on from around memorial day to labor day) and playground. Free. Lots of space to sit on the grass or fly kites. Has water fountains and restrooms near splash pad. Clean.

I often go here to walk while my kids play. It's a nice, quiet park where people typically go to walk, let kids ride bikes, play with their pets, etc. There is no rowdiness and loud music playing, just calm and relaxing.

Trail conditions & character

What this trail is actually like underfoot and overhead, taken from its own listing and from reviews. Each one links to every other trail with the same character. Busy or quiet is reported as a plain fact, not a plus or a minus — a runner heading out alone at dawn often wants company on the path, and someone running intervals wants an empty one.
