Confirmed from Ansted Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Gravel-based trail is suitable for walking, jogging, and hiking, and has a butterfly garden.
What runners say about Ansted Park
“This is a great park for walking with my dog and not worrying about too many people being around, or kids running around the path, and has a great natural scenic view, peaceful.”

A short loop, I believe there is an option to walk less than a mile and just over a mile. It is very clean. Dog friendly. It doesn't have restrooms, but there is a sheltered area with picnic tables at the entrance. There isn't a lot of parking enough for maybe 20 cars.
Great little park with a mile-long trail, a butterfly garden, and sheltered picnic tables.
Our family loves walking and running here. It is always quiet and peaceful. A great local trail.
Good trails with some variety for paths, plus a portion through some woods if you'd like. I've walked my dog a couple of times -- on a leash. While there, most walkers with dogs don't use a leash from my experience. If you have a reactive dog or not a fan of dogs, be cautious!
