It has great trails to run in (out in the sun and in the forest). Would highly recommend for running, but I would recommend wildwood more, as they have mapped out trails with distance. If you don't care how far you're running, indian creek is a great choice.
Great place for walkers and runners. Too many people don't pick up after dogs and there are frequently dogs off leash that run up on you when you're running or walking... attend those extension leashes are not the answer, as dog owners are on one side of trail while dogs are on the other, blocking the way.
Most popular park for dog walkers in the area. Trails have much space to avoid congestion. Baggies located in multiple locations along park to pick up after your animals.
We walk our dog here and at White Park. Only downfall is that you'll always have people not picking poop up, picking it up and leaving the bag along the path, or dog off leash. I wish the Dog Warden would show up there and at least enforce the leash ordinance.
