Confirmed from Apopka Station, West Orange Trail's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Scenic destination offering bike trails (for safety as well as a rest stop), playgrounds and picnic tables.

Nice park for the kids, big green area for dogs, well maintained and clean area to ride bike, good for kids, family, pets friends or relaxing. It shows you on what mile your own what number to give 911 in case of and emergency. All around good park.

Even though this station is right downtown, ( not my favorite) it was an awesome ride from west Orange trail oakland
We came here because it was next to the trail and we’re glad we stopped by. It was a good pit stop for the little one considering we were biking off a while. Unfortunately, we didn’t get a chance to explore the big park, we only checked out the little park.

The practical stuff
- AccessDawn to dusk — the gates close, so do not plan a run that finishes after dark
- SurfacePaved — asphalt or concrete. Fast and predictable, runnable year-round, and fine with a stroller
- DistanceNot reported. Trail systems often quote total path mileage rather than a single loop, so measure the route you actually want before you drive out.
- ShadeRunners describe real tree cover here — it makes a summer afternoon workable
- At the trailheadparking, restrooms, water — reported by runners
- DogsWelcome, per reviewers. Leash rules vary by park — the trailhead sign is the authority.
