Confirmed from West Orange Trail - Trailhead's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Rural hiking area suitable for children.

We love this place! We walk at least three times a week, five miles. The trail is wide, smooth, there are strategically placed benches every few miles, most of the trail is shaded. It is safe, the people are friendly. It's an asset to our community.
West Orange Trail is especially nice with the diversity of semi rural, urban and rural areas adjacent to the trail along its 22 mile course. It is basically level with a few mild inclines thrown in to add interest. The crossings are mostly smooth transitions and have the button to push on the busiest crossings.
I loved the miles of trails with thick, looming canopies of trails above me. At anytime it felt as if fairies and elves would be dancing, 🎶, and swinging in the dwellings atop. It was mesmerizing, inspiring, and invigorating in the most creative ways. Yes, i felt as i was in a jungle planet. Only thing missing was . .
Nice roomy place to walk . Clean and has a lot to look at. Just be aware that you may see a snake on a fence or a turtle in the grass . Just stay on the side walk and dont bother the wildlife. Have something with you to keep track of miles because this is a very long trail goes beyound the city I'm told.
