The Ash Canyon Creek trail is a nice easier and shorter trail which connects to the Ash to Kings Canyon Trail. The trail follows Ash Canyon Creek up the canyon and is best to visit in Spring when the landscape is full of vibrant green and the creek is flowing.
Words of advice, don't take the car trial 🤣. To your left towards the bottom of the river is the real trail. Lesson learned, enjoy the adventure and most of all have fun and be safe!
This is the best trail system in Carson City and one of the best MTB trail systems in Northern Nevada. Hike, bike, run & horse trail.
