Confirmed from Ash Carleton Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
What runners say about Ash Carleton Park
“Very clean i love the little walking path they have its great.”
“Excellent, albeit small, park walk for a stroll among giant oaks (beautiful in fall).”
“There is a small track to walk, and the tall trees cast a nice shade during the heat of the day.”
We went for the Farmers Market which happens every first and third weekend of the month. Not a huge turn out, but the park had a nice play scape for the kids including swings. Huge mature trees, well manicured lawn and nicely paved 1/4 mile walking path. Dog friendly.
We walk our Labradoodle here daily weather permitting. The park offers several T-ball fields, a few baseball\softball diamonds and a soccer pitch. The park also offers a paved walking track and updated playground equipment. A covered picnic area is also offered. Some days the public bathrooms are open.
Pretty nice park just outside of town. It has a paved walking path that is mostly shaded with many old hardwood trees. It also has a couple of baseball felds and picnic tables.
Very nice little park. Excellent, albeit small, park walk for a stroll among giant oaks (beautiful in fall). Newer playground, baseball diamond and 2 pavilions.
