Beautiful scenery very clean! Only suggestion would be to make it a little more clear where the trails start we did get lost a little lol but a great place to run!
I went here for my family reunion. I don't remember being to the Washago pond area. It was really nice and roomy. There was a shelter and plenty of tables within and outside of the shelter. The pond was nice but low and the park let us know that before our event. They have a playground, and bathrooms a short walk away.
We visited the park for a birthday party at one of the shelters. A day pass was $10 a car. There are lots of little playgrounds for the kids to play and really nice, clean bathrooms. We visited the big bend area and I kayaked with the kids in the Huron River from one side of the parking lot to the other as a test run.
This is a beautiful park, and Im a regular bike rider here. I don't have anything bad to say about this place. It's clean and filled will life. But what I saw playout today angered me to my core!!! There was a track meet or whatever it's called and of course us riders as well.
