Confirmed from Atkinson Common's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

This place is really beautiful and peaceful really good to walk or just relax and read a book or manga and it's a lot bigger than you thing there's baseball fields and a playground that just got renovated and my kids love it so much the little old one was nice but it's better.

What a great small park to get some fresh air, socially distance, and walk the dog. Nicely maintained. Save the tower!

★★★★★ — Amy , May 2021

Lovely park even in the drizzly cold weather. It must look beautiful in the summer with flowering shrubs. There's a cool stone tower in the center of the park although we couldn't go in it. There were a few dog walkers enjoying the day and thankfully, they had poop bags with them.

Trail conditions & character

What this trail is actually like underfoot and overhead, taken from its own listing and from reviews. Each one links to every other trail with the same character. Busy or quiet is reported as a plain fact, not a plus or a minus — a runner heading out alone at dawn often wants company on the path, and someone running intervals wants an empty one.
