Nice for walking. The main trail/road is supposedly known as the abandoned highway. You can access the trails from both sides (Hale Street and Storey Ave).
Great jog or hike for you and if you have a dog. Feel free to off leash, but be careful of bikers. Bring bug spray and be careful of bugs and poison ivy. If you bring dogs, also carry water, it can get very humid.
