Confirmed from Auger Falls Trailhead's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

👟 good for all levels 2 mentions

There are lots of good biking trails and hiking. The pump track is fun, and so are the jumps. Pretty views of the Snake River and canyon walls/waterfalls.

Went on a short 3.5 mile run this morning. I was the only one on the trail and enjoyed the beautiful views. No one else was around until the very end. I was starting to worry that I wasn’t supposed to be there. More people should enjoy this work of God!

We didn't have our bikes with us and we were going on a boat tour so we couldn't hike to Auger Falls. This is a great place for bike riders. Waterfalls along the way to the trails were great.

Super fun little trail system with beautiful scenery. Perfect for a rip along the river! Well-marked and easy to navigate with multiple loop options.

Trail conditions & character

What this trail is actually like underfoot and overhead, taken from its own listing and from reviews. Each one links to every other trail with the same character. Busy or quiet is reported as a plain fact, not a plus or a minus — a runner heading out alone at dawn often wants company on the path, and someone running intervals wants an empty one.

“The drive to the trail is nice because there are waterfalls on the side of the Canyon that make it look very magical.”
