Confirmed from Augustin Bernal Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Preserve with trails, native plants, views & a staging area accessible through a gated community.

Enjoyed hiking here. Well maintained gentle uphill trails, easy hike and great view of Pleasanton, Dublin area. This train connects to EBRPD trail. You do need to prove that you are a Pleasanton residence to get in through the gate. We have a friend lives in Pleasanton and that got us all in.
This park is pristine and beautiful. Many hiking trails across the Pleasanton ridge. Gorgeous views of the city and the valley from the trails. Easy parking but remember to get your ID as the entrance through the Golden Eagle community has a security gate. Has restrooms in the parking lot.
Beautiful place to hike. I always feel safe here and enjoy knowing that my car is behind a private community gate.
