Confirmed from Aullwood Garden MetroPark's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

“I liked how the paths were well maintained and kept smooth for easy walking.”

We came and visited Allwood Park and we were not disappointed at all. This is a beautiful park. The Trolls are a must see! Great place to spend time with the family. Pack a lunch and visit today. They have a barn that has animals and activities. Your children will love it.

Great adventure awaits your family here. Over a mile of trail hike to the 3 trolls and small farm animal display. Gift shop and small turtle display. Military and veteran discounts.

First time here and it did not disappoint. I liked how the paths were well maintained and kept smooth for easy walking. They had a few benches for resting placed at easy intervals. I didn't walk very far due to health conflicts. I wished I could have enjoyed more of this calming place.

★★★★★ — Angela , May 2024

Lovely park with multiple paths and areas of interest. Easy parking. Saw the Thomas Dambo giant trolls in spring 2022. Made on site with reclaimed wood and found materials, like discarded propane tanks. Interesting narratives about each troll. Park farm area sells local produce and meats.

Trail conditions & character

What this trail is actually like underfoot and overhead, taken from its own listing and from reviews. Each one links to every other trail with the same character. Busy or quiet is reported as a plain fact, not a plus or a minus — a runner heading out alone at dawn often wants company on the path, and someone running intervals wants an empty one.
