Confirmed from B&O Trailhead at CR 500 E's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Park with a trail that's suitable for walking, running, and biking.

This is where you park to access the trail if you don't live in one of the many neighborhoods that surround the trail. It is less busy than the Monon, except maybe on Grand Park to Sheridan extension. There is a beautiful bridge over the French Lick creek.
The B & O is a great trail! Less traffic and less congested than the Monon. Very nice canopy, beautiful scenery, lovely flowers, the bridge view is breath- taking. The only drawback is no restrooms, only good ole nature. It is definitely a must do trail.
This is a nice smooth trail that is great for running, walking, biking, or roller blades. There is a great view over Whitelick creek too. More parking is available at 500 west.
Good use of the trail... Could have a future... Needs better connections .. Overall a great venue to move for everyone.
