Confirmed from Baseline Trailhead Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

Awesome green space in Ocala! Miles of trails, both natural and paved, and an awesome designated 5K loop! There is also an amazing playground and several picnic pavilions. Keep an eye out for local wildlife: deer, Fox Squirrels, and Dung Beetles with their treasures! Great place to get those steps in!

This is a big park with a large playground. There are bathrooms, informative signs and lots of picnic tables with grills. Plenty of trails for walking and riding. Dogs are allowed. Don’t forget your bear mace!

Went here for hiking. Started out on the FL Trail. Wasn't that much to see at first, but about 2 mi in, it got really interesting. The flat terrain changed to rolling hills, there was a large area for Frisbee golf, and then the Marshall Swamp Trail, which literally ends up going right thru the swamp.

The playground area is well maintained. The paved walking/running/biking trails are also well maintained and very wide. Beautiful scenery and a great way to get some exercise. There are benches throughout the park for resting while on a walk.

Trail conditions & character

What this trail is actually like underfoot and overhead, taken from its own listing and from reviews. Each one links to every other trail with the same character. Busy or quiet is reported as a plain fact, not a plus or a minus — a runner heading out alone at dawn often wants company on the path, and someone running intervals wants an empty one.
