Confirmed from Bicentennial Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

Baseball & soccer fields, picnic shelters & a large playground highlight this recreational space.

What runners say about Bicentennial Park

Pulled from public reviews of this trail (303 of them) — the things people bring up again and again, in their own words. Nothing here is written by us.

well-maintained 8 mentions

“Green fields that are well maintained throughout the summer.”

A very nice park. Playground, public bathroom, volleyball court, basketball court, baseball fields, near Soccer fields and tennis courts. Past that is a dog park. Paved trail through beautiful trees. A shelter. A big parking lot that's usually empty where you could play street hockey. Highly recommended.

Very nice park. Stopped there for lunch and to take my dog to run a bit at the dog park there. I was just passing thru. We drive there that area alot. From now on we will be stopping for a picnic whether permitted. I highly recommend this place.

Very nice park. Great stop for those traveling. Covered picnic tables next to the playground. Clean functional restrooms. Shaded parking spots. Nice walking areas too.

Nice place to visit! You can bike ride, walk, bring your kiddos to the park, have a picnic, & being dog friendly is a huge plus!! Love bringing my doggo!

Trail conditions & character

What this trail is actually like underfoot and overhead, taken from its own listing and from reviews. Each one links to every other trail with the same character. Busy or quiet is reported as a plain fact, not a plus or a minus — a runner heading out alone at dawn often wants company on the path, and someone running intervals wants an empty one.

Plan your run at Bicentennial Park

The practical stuff

  • AccessOpen 24 hours — no gate to beat, so a 5am or a 10pm run both work
  • SurfacePaved — asphalt or concrete. Fast and predictable, runnable year-round, and fine with a stroller
  • DistanceNot reported. Trail systems often quote total path mileage rather than a single loop, so measure the route you actually want before you drive out.
  • ShadeNot reported. Assume some of it is exposed and carry water in summer.
  • At the trailheadparking, restrooms, water — reported by runners
  • DogsWelcome, per reviewers. Leash rules vary by park — the trailhead sign is the authority.
