Confirmed from Bingham Creek Regional Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

The Bingham Creek Regional Park is a large multi-use park located south of Daybreak in South Jordan. Great new park. Kids love the playground which has artificial turf instead of wood chips or sand. Slides for both big and very small kids. There is a play area with a tiny slide perfect for toddlers. The bigger kid areas are great with two primary play areas.

I love this park. There's so much room here with a nice grassy field, a playground, covered picnic table area, basketball court and soon to be disc golf course. There's a nice paved walking trail throughout as well. Plenty of parking, it's a gem in South Jordan!

★★★★★ — Karlie , Nov 2023

A year old new park with a big fancy playground with slides, swings, etc for small kids and on the other side a big playground which can accommodate multiple groups of people playing soccer or football. It also has a great walking path around the ground and also a disc/frisbee golf park.

Trail conditions & character

What this trail is actually like underfoot and overhead, taken from its own listing and from reviews. Each one links to every other trail with the same character. Busy or quiet is reported as a plain fact, not a plus or a minus — a runner heading out alone at dawn often wants company on the path, and someone running intervals wants an empty one.
