We have not been able to confirm the surface, distance or shape of Black River Riparian Forest Trailhead yet from its own listing, the park's website or runner reviews — so those cells stay blank rather than guess. What is below comes straight from the listing and from reviewers' own words. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
What runners say about Black River Riparian Forest Trailhead
Very beautiful things happen among the bushes, I hope you understand the secret message. Please help me write a review similar to mine. I have seen that the cars run at high speed at that intersection. We need a traffic light there immediately, because I have also seen some elderly people cross the intersection slowly.
A magical time to be had here amongst the trails and riparian things, reminiscent of the best aspects of California, especially the Silicon Valley. If you moved here to participate in the Rise of our Tech Overlords, I sure hope you'll take a little "me-time" in this welcoming oasis in the south end.
I'm the type that loves surprises, and you sure can get a surprise on this trail. Seems like a good place to go spelunking.
It’s very large and natural with many trails with no directional signs. What is fun it’s so easy to get lost especially at night. For moments of privacy there are many short sidings where you and your friend can have time away
