Confirmed from Boardwalk Community Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Park boasting a playground, grassy areas and a lake for swimming. Paddle boats and kayaks can be rented.
What runners say about Boardwalk Community Park
“Wonderful community park, very clean and well taken care of.”
“Beautiful for walking swimming just a great getaway and very close my dogs love it so did my grandkids.”
Beautiful park to stroll around for the evening. Good views, clean, quiet and enjoyable! Highly recommend visiting Windsor lake coffee and walking the path at this park. 😁
A nice place for a quick midday paddle or a walk around the lake. Easy access to put a kayak in with the parking lot right next to the launching area. The mountain views are usually lovely. Unfortunately on this day the smoky air from fires to the west hazed over the view. Lots of birds on the lake for nature lovers.
The park itself is on the smaller side, but there are amenities like a big gazebo, restrooms, a little beach area, and small rental paddle boats. The lake is beautiful and I reccomend taking a walk around it! It's just about 2.5 miles.
Great park in the heart of Windsor! It's clean, and the equipment is well-maintained. There's an ice cream shop within walking distance! The kids loved the train cars, and you've got a view of the lake—what more could you ask forThis park offers a wonderful green space for everyone to enjoy.
