Confirmed from Bogue Chitto State Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
1,786-acre park featuring campsites & cabins, hiking, water activities & equestrian trails.

This is the most magnificent State Park we have ever been to. The campground is amazing! The roads are beautifully paved in the upper RV section. All the camp sites in the upper RV have sewer and full hookup.
🌲 Bogue Chitto State Park: Our New Favorite Louisiana Gem! We finally made it to Bogue Chitto State Park, and we can't believe we waited this long! This place is huge with so much to explore, and it has instantly become one of our favorite campgrounds. We're already planning our next trip back!
Best park in Louisiana. The bike trails are hands down the BEST. Perfect for all ages and experience levels. The upgraded playgrounds are a plus for the young ones. The camp store has good food along with anything you maybe need. Clean and good upkeep of the place. Also, the people who work at the park are great.
Beautiful place! Very big and clean. Super friendly people working here! Highly recommended! Extremely nice if you like mountain bike trail riding. Amazing bicycle track and walking trails. Best state park in Louisiana
