Whenever I'm down in Russellville I visit Bona Dea to walk the trails for cardio.
Absolutely one of my favorite places I’ve ever accidentally found. I live about two hours from here but this is my fifth visit since I first discovered it. It is an amazing trail. Well up coyote definitely worth a visit!
We walked the trails while visiting the area with family members. We really enjoyed our time and can understand the many positive reviews left by others. We also appreciated the clean bathrooms.
Lots of nice swamps and ponds. Many miles of trail options to make loops to get as many miles as you want any. An alligator. I go twice a day, so that says something. Only knock off one star because the Corp of Engineers refuse to fix a major bridge that really stands in the way of getting miles without backtracking.
