Another beautiful State Park. Lake Dardanelle has a beautiful park area for fishing, swimming, boat ramp and rocky pier walk where plenty of fisherman were camped out at. We took food and ate by the lake at one of the many picnic tables. The staff at the visitor center were very nice and helpful.
Wonderful visitor center; educational and great for all ages! Walking paths, paved and a jetty to walk out on and fish or sit on the bench at the end and watch the water and herons! Great covered picnic areas with grills too. Kayak rentals were available across from the pavilion.
Area is wonderful for picnic , camping, fishing ,boating. They have a walking trail, and the beautiful welcome center with educational area and large fish tanks.there is a marina in the park. Nice view of necular 1.
Great cabins for a great price, cabin 3 sleeps 5 people while cabins 1 & 2 sleeps 5-6 with one bed being up in a loft that uses a ladder to climb up. Cabin 3 has a loft but with stairs but can be kindof tight to get up and the low roof.
